Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5–7 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• UK: 2–5 working days
• International: 10-21 working days (varies by destination)
  

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the postal service. If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
